How to install KeyCAPTCHA on my site powered by vBulletin, Joomla, IP.Board, SMF, phpBB, Drupal or WordPress?

What to do if I see the message “Incorrect web server signature” instead of KeyCAPTCHA?
Most probably it occurs as a result of the “Private key” parameter mismatching of your website’s settings at http://www.keycaptcha.com with the KeyCAPTCHA plug-in settings in your web-server. To fix the mismatching follow the instructions below:

  • Sign up at www.keycaptcha.com;
  • Log in to www.keycaptcha.com;
  • Go to the Site list and click “Settings” that is near your website’s name at www.keycaptcha.com;
  • Choose “Additional” tab;
  • Copy your “Private key”;
  • Specify the copied private key as “Private key” parameter in KeyCAPTCHA plug-in settings installed on your web-server.

If you haven’t managed to solve the problem using the above-mentioned instruction, please, contact our support team at www.keycaptcha.com.
